What data we collect
This website has no forms and does not create user accounts. We only receive the data you choose to send us when you write to us by WhatsApp, email or phone: usually your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Why we use it
To answer your questions and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote, arrange a visit, a covering, a purchase or a Campus place. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the steps prior to a contract (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Your data is not used for any other purpose.
Who receives it
We do not sell or give your data to third parties, except when required by law. WhatsApp and Gmail are services of Meta and Google, which process messages under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for its portability by writing to yeguadatorreluna@gmail.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
